Once you place your order, you will be sent an inclusion pack to your address, complete with instructions and everything you may need to safely send me your loved ones ashes or hair/fur.

My turnaround time once the inclusion is received by myself is normally 2-3 weeks, although this is subject to supplier stock. This can be extended up to 4-6 weeks if an item of jewellery is out of stock. I will always notify you if this is the case.
