Sending ashes/hair/fur/ breastmilk in the post is done at your own risk royal mail
is 99% accurate but post can go missing i advise customers to never send all they have left of their loved one and please use a tracked service,
Please take note of the care instructions included with your order i will not replace an item of jewellery that has been damaged due to lack of care.
Please be certain when requesting a ring size i always recommend customer to visit their local jeweller to be measured correctly or use a trusted ring sizer i cannot replace/refund a ring once it made in a certain size.
A lot of my designs contain cubic zirconia crystals i buy very high quality pieces from different jewellers but these stone can fall out due to no fault of the client or myself. pieces are checked when i receive the for faults and again once made and ready to send. if a CZ stone falls out within 14 days of being received i will replace/fix this free of charge. after this time its the clients responsibility for the jewellerys condition,
I cannot accept returns unless there is a faut with the jewellery.
items are made to order so cannot be refunded once completed.
