We will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost, subject to assessment.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or impact.

Claims made after the 14-day period will not be covered under warranty, but we may offer repairs at an additional cost.

19. Ring Sizes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct ring size is selected at the time of ordering.

As our rings are custom-made, we strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured before placing an order.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

Resizing:

Due to the nature of memorial jewellery, resizing may not always be possible.

Non-Returnable:

Rings made to the incorrect size are not eligible for refund or replacement unless faulty.

Ring Size Guide

Choosing the correct ring size is very important, especially as our memorial jewellery is custom-made and resizing may not always be possible.

Option 1: Get Professionally Measured (Recommended)

We strongly recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your finger professionally measured. This is the most accurate method and helps avoid sizing issues.

Option 2: Measure a Ring You Already Own

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

Measure the inside diameter of the ring (in millimetres).

Use a ring size chart to match the measurement to your size.

Tip: Make sure you measure across the centre of the ring for accuracy.

Fingers can change size throughout the day — measure at room temperature.

Avoid measuring when your hands are cold or swollen.

Wider bands may feel tighter, so you may need to go up half a size.

If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
